Our Executive Team
Since 2004, he’s successfully built a group of flourishing recruitment businesses, under the Axis Associate Consultants brand.
One of the underlying reasons behind Glen creating Axis Recruitment, was to make the recruitment process an honest, thoughtful and effective business partnership. His partnership with Chris lies behind the companies unique and tailored recruitment solutions.
Having seen the game-changing results good recruitment brings, Chris wanted to create a company incorporating his principles.
Axis Recruitment has a mission statement founded on the ethics Chris has always brought to work, and encouraged in his staff. Creating Axis Recruitment has meant that those ethics have become our business standard.
Mike Walmsley has worked in the recruitment industry since 1988. Formerly a big-billing recruiter, he was one of the initial drivers of the international recruitment group, Parker Bridge. He then subsequently became Managing Director and helped to mastermind a twenty-fold growth in staff size & financial turnover.
Mike has 15 years experience with Financial Services most notably as the Director of Sales for Bank Of America (MBNA).
He has concluded exclusive deals with brands such as Manchester United, BT, Amazon and the AA plus partnership portfolio acquisitions up to £250m in receivables.
